Let's hear from Sally Gaglini of Gaglini Law Group LLC
How is your business adjusting to our current world situation?
Since clients come first, so do their needs. Businesses and the individuals and entities that support them are rightly concerned about business interruption and its affect on their bottom line. Consequently, client needs have changed. Number 1 priorities before Covid-19 may no longer be. We understand this. Rendering legal assessments and guidance that provide clients with the confidence needed to re-prioritize and evolve with the changed landscape is what we do.
Have your product or service offerings changed to adjust to the needs of your customers?
Yes and no. We continue to provide legal services. The way we are doing that has shifted. Far greater emphasis has been placed on online meetings and teleconferencing. Since I am not asked to sponsor any one company or product featuring on-line products and platforms, I'll leave that to your reader's imagination.
How do you serve your customers differently now that social distancing is enforced?
Pervasively, online and by phone. Courts are re-opening June 1, 2020 - something to look forward to circling on the calendar.
What message would you like to put out there to your current and potential customers?
As Americans, our country was built on strength, grit, determination, passion and talent. We will overcome the challenges presented by the pandemic and be stronger and better for it in the end. If you can relate to this statement, give us a call. Sharing a similar perspective often leads to extraordinary professional relationships.
Is there anything you would like to add?
Thanks for asking. I'd like to quote Charles Francis Adams,
"No one ever attains very eminent success by simply doing what is required...; it is the amount and excellence of what is over and above the required, that determines the greatness of ultimate distinction."
